A Conscious Conversation

About Money With:

Elana Meta

“What people are really wanting is permission. Permission to explore this other side of themselves and being held in it. It really is this feminine energy, this thing that says: ‘Hey you can relax. Yes you can pleasure yourself. It’s not selfish. It’s not selfish for you to take care of yourself. If you’re not, then how can you truly with momentum and stamina take care of anything else in your life.’ ”

“In your own space take ten minutes and get completely naked infant of the mirror. Yes. Do it. Get absolutely naked. Take lotion or oil and rub it in your hands and start rubbing your body, looking at yourself and saying, “I love you. You are so beautiful. Thank you. I know it might be hard right now. I know that we’re struggling. But we’re going to get through this together. We’ve got this. Just loving yourself. And looking at yourself. And verbally saying this out loud. And go there. Yes It might be scary. It might be uncomfortable, but when you go past that threshold, you are then creating new neural pathways in the body to reach to your mind to actually start reprogramming your primal brain that has been traumatized or in a fear based freeze or flight kind of mode, to really start opening up yourself, and watching yourself flower into a whole new perspective of how to see yourself, your body, and your mind. Because when you do that, when you start creating a new dialogue that is literally moving through your entire body. You are then vibrating and attracting things into your life completely different.”
